1 Tregonwell Court is a ground-floor apartment in Minehead, reached through a communal hallway, with a railway station nearby. The beach is 0.6 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles and a shop 0.2 miles. One car can park in a private space outside the building, so a second vehicle would need to be left elsewhere. The beach, the harbour and the six acres of Blenheim Gardens are all part of the town.

A single double bedroom with mirrored wardrobes makes it a place for two. The open-plan living area has a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer, plus a dining table, two sofas, a TV and WiFi. Underfloor heating runs under the floor, and the bathroom is tiled, with a bath and a shower over it. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the apartment is non-smoking. Short breaks can only start or end on a Thursday, with a maximum of one booking per week, and a stay cannot cross over a Thursday. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a couple, with or without a pet, who want a one-bedroom base on the ground floor close to the beach.
