Southbank

Southbank is a Grade II listed house in Weston village, on the outskirts of Bath, built of Bath limestone and set behind a high stone wall with entry through gate pillars from the High Street. It is thought to date from the 1640s. Bath city centre is about 2 miles away, and the shop is 0.1 miles away, with a pub 0.3 miles away.

The house has three floors with the bedrooms on different levels, so there are stairs. The sitting room has sofas and a Smart TV, and the lounge has a decorative inglenook fireplace. The kitchen-diner has a second Smart TV, an electric oven and hob, a fridge with a freezer box and a washing machine. A highchair is available, and there are books and games.

The three bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom with a rain-shower, a basin and a WC. The first is a king-size, the second floor has a choice of twin beds or a super-king-size (the beds zip and link), and the top floor has a super-king-size. The front garden has a lawn and furniture, and it is not enclosed. Parking is off-road for two cars.

One dog is welcome, and an extra charge applies for a small dog. Confirm the pet policy when booking. Smoking is not allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a bond is payable. It suits a group of friends or a family of up to six who each want an en-suite room, with a dog if needed.
