Pipehouse

Pipehouse is a holiday home with all three bedrooms on the ground floor, on a working farm in the village of Freshford near Bath. It sleeps six, with a maximum of four adults and two children. From the door, the pub and the shop are 0.6 miles.

Of the three bedrooms, one has a king-size bed and opens to the garden, one has a king-size bed that zips and links into twins, and one has bunk beds. The bunks come with safety rules: children under 6 must not use the upper bunk, children under 3 must not use the bottom bunk, and the weight limit is 120 kg. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC, and a separate shower room.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge are one open-plan space, with a corner sofa and a wood burner; the first basket of logs is free. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a washer-dryer. There is a Smart TV, and Dyson fans, hairdryers and vacuums are provided.

Outside is a garden with seating, a pizza oven and a BBQ. Parking is for four cars. Two dogs are allowed, additional charges may apply, and because this is a working farm dogs must stay on a lead at all times. A highchair and a travel cot are available. Booking it together with other properties adds room for a further 16 guests.

It suits a family with young children, or two couples, who want every bedroom on one floor and room for the dogs.
