Pulteney Mews House

Two private bays under a car port come with Pulteney Mews House, a three-storey home in a quiet corner of Bath for six guests. Each of its three bedrooms has a king-size bed: one on the ground floor beside a shower room, one on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom, and one on the second floor, also en-suite. Children under 8 are not accepted.

Doors from the kitchen open to a private courtyard garden with furniture for all six guests and a gas BBQ, and a private balcony is reached from the first-floor lounge. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee machine, and a utility room holds a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The lounge has plenty of seating, a TV with a DVD player, an iPod docking station and books left by the owners, and the kitchen has a TV and CD player. A welcome pack and Wi-Fi are provided. Shops, pubs and restaurants are 400 metres away, Henrietta Park 500 metres, Royal Victoria Park a mile, and the Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa 0.5 miles.

It suits three couples or a group of friends who want a bedroom and bathroom each. Dogs are not allowed.
