Silver Birch

Silver Birch was hand built and belongs to a group of eight similar lodges set within shared grassland at Curry Rivel, about 2 miles from Langport. A covered veranda leads to the entrance door.

The bedroom is reached from the open-plan living space through an inner hallway. It has a king-size bed and doors onto a second veranda, and the shower room with WC is just beside it. The living space has a sofa, a wood burner (the first basket of logs is included) and a Smart TV, and the kitchen along one wall has an electric two-ring hob, a combi microwave oven and a fridge.

The decking at the rear has furniture and a view across the countryside. Parking is in 2 off-road spaces about 100 metres from the lodge, and unloading is possible right outside. A pub and a shop are within 1 mile, and Muchelney Abbey, Glastonbury Tor and Ham Hill Country Park are all within 15 miles.

The lodge sleeps 2. A lounge sofa bed for 2 adults is available on request, which does not alter the number it is booked for. Dogs are not accepted. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out before 10:00. Best for a couple who want a wood burner in the evening and a rear deck.
