Elm
Compact lodge for two with a wood burner and CCTV on the grounds
A king-size bed, a wood burner and a deck at the back are the core of Elm, a custom-built lodge for two at Drayton, close to Langport. The front of the lodge is a covered veranda, and glass doors from the bedroom open onto another.
Elm is one of eight similar lodges, each set in its own space on expansive shared grassland. CCTV covers the outside of the lodge and the surrounding areas.
The living area has a sofa, a wood burner with the first basket of logs included, and a Smart TV. The compact kitchen is at the back of this room and has a two-ring electric hob, a combi microwave oven and a fridge, with the dining area opposite. A hallway leads on to the bedroom, and the shower room with WC is beside it. Wi-Fi is available.
Decking with furniture sits behind the lodge and looks over open countryside. Two off-road parking spaces are about 100 metres away, and you can unload outside. The pub and shop are within 1 mile, and the beach is 17 miles. Dogs are not allowed. Arrival is from 3pm and departure before 10am. It suits a couple after a quiet stay built around a wood burner.
