Russel Maisonette

Russel Maisonette is a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse flat in Bath that sleeps six, spread over the ground and lower ground floors. Stairs link the two: the lounge and the kitchen and diner are on the ground floor, and all three bedrooms are below.

Of the three bedrooms, two are doubles and one is a twin with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a double. One double has an en-suite shower room with a WC. The twin and the other double share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.

The ground-floor lounge looks over Russell Street and has panelled walls, a decorative fireplace, a Smart TV with Netflix, a DVD player, a DAB radio and a Bluetooth speaker. Next door, the kitchen and diner has a table in the bay window, an oven, a gas hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washer/dryer. Guests get a welcome pack, and internet access is included.

The courtyard garden is reached from the lower ground floor. It has two levels, with a table and four chairs on the lower one and a larger table seating six on the upper one. There is no parking at the property, and Charlotte Street Car Park is half a mile away. A pub and shops are within 200 metres, and the Royal Crescent, the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the Assembly Rooms are all within half a mile. Dogs are not allowed. It suits two couples or a family of six who want separate bedrooms.
