Robins Corner

Robins Corner is a single-storey lodge on the outskirts of Bleadon, at the edge of the Mendip Hills AONB. It sleeps four. One open-plan room holds the kitchen, dining table and sitting area, and both bedrooms are doubles: one has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, and there is a separate shower room, so there are two bathrooms.

The rear garden has a patio, a lawn, outdoor furniture and a wood-fired hot tub. Parking is off-road. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box and a dishwasher. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate can be supplied for small children, and guests also use an external shared utility containing a tumble dryer and an additional freezer.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a bond is payable. Smoking is not allowed and pets cannot be accepted. Central heating is provided, and the fold-out bed can be made up if you ask when booking. The nearest shop is 1.8 miles away and the pub is 1.2 miles. Weston-super-Mare station is 4 miles off, and Burnham-on-Sea is under 9 miles.

It suits two couples, or a family of four, who want a single-level base with a hot tub in the garden.
