A footpath runs to the river, about a mile off, and the Mendip Way suits walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers.

Little Wharf can be booked alongside a neighbouring property, and together the two sleep up to 7. A good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple, with or without a dog, who want a self-contained ground-floor base.
