Rainbow View

Rainbow View lies in six acres of private grounds in the parish of Churchstanton in the Blackdown Hills, with Churchinford 2.4 miles away and the town of Wellington further off. The home is on a single storey and has two bedrooms, a super-king-size that can be set up as twins and a king-size, sharing a shower room with a walk-in shower. There is a kitchen, a living/dining room and a conservatory.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher. Heating is by an air source heat pump, and there is a TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included, and a travel cot and an extra bed for a guest are available. The back garden overlooks the countryside, and the enclosed private terrace has a south-facing aspect.

Up to two large or three small to medium well-behaved dogs are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Parking for two cars is private, and the shared electric car charging point costs extra. The owner lives in the adjoining building, and guests can ask to use the owner's outdoor swimming pool for an extra charge. There are steps up to the property. Check-in is Saturday, Sunday or Monday only, and bank holiday weekends need four nights. A good housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a couple or two friends with a dog or three small ones who want a single-level layout and plenty of land around them.
