Brimley Barn

Brimley Barn is a single-storey barn conversion in Kittisford, near Milverton (5.2 miles) and within reach of Wellington, with fields and orchards around it. It takes four guests across three bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower and two singles, plus a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with a woodburning stove; fuel, power and a starter pack are in the rent, as are bed linen and towels. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and a utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a TV, a DVD player and WiFi, plus books, games and DVDs, with gas central heating. A travel cot and highchair are available.

Outside is a garden with a patio, lawn and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Off-road parking is ample. The nearest shop is 1.2 miles away and the pub 0.8 miles. A good housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a family with a pair of dogs, or a couple with friends, who want every room on one level and a stove to light.
