Primrose

Primrose is a single-floor, chalet-style cabin in the hamlet of Sticklinch, on the edge of West Pennard. The living room is open plan, with a kitchen area, a dining area and a seating area where a sofa bed gives space for extra guests. The bedroom has a double bed, and the cabin sleeps four.

The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The heating is LPG underfloor heating, and an electric fire with a woodburning look adds warmth. The cooker is electric with a gas hob, and there are a TV with a DVD player, WiFi, games and books. The rent includes fuel and power, bed linen and towels.

One pet is allowed, and smoking is not. Outside there is a private patio with seating and a space to park off the road. The grounds also have a carp pond and a fishing lake, where slots are booked on arrival, and a stables and livery yard can be arranged with the owner. A pub is within 2 miles. Two sibling chalets can be booked together with Primrose, up to twelve guests in all.

It suits two adults with a dog and a friend who is happy to sleep on a sofa bed.
