Fortnight Farm Manor is a Grade II-listed Georgian former farmhouse in the village of Combe Hay, set in the Cotswolds National Landscape. The city of Bath is 3.5 miles away, as are the Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa. It sleeps 14.

Downstairs there is a drawing room with an open fire and a skylight, a sitting room, a snug/bar, a breakfast room next to the kitchen and an orangery with a lantern skylight. The kitchen has an induction hob, a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher, and the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The first basket of logs is supplied.

Seven bedrooms are spread over the first and second floors: two en-suite super-kings with walk-in dressing rooms, three twin zip-and-link rooms that can be made up as super-kings, and two doubles. Four of the five bathrooms have baths and walk-in showers.

Across the courtyard, the games room has a large TV, a PS4, table football and table tennis. The grounds include formal walled gardens, stone terraces, an apple orchard and a field big enough for football or rounders. Ample private parking is provided. The pub is 1 mile away and the nearest shop 3 miles.

It suits a large family or two or three families together. Dogs are not allowed.
