Paddington Cottage

Paddington Cottage is a renovated, contemporary-style cottage in Nunney, near Frome, on the A361. It sleeps eight in four bedrooms: three king-size rooms and a twin. One of the kings is on the ground floor with an en-suite wet room holding a shower and WC. The other three bedrooms are upstairs, where a second bathroom has a shower and WC. A pub and a shop are within walking distance.

You enter the lounge first, where a Jetmaster open fire burns with logs provided and a Bose Bluetooth speaker is there to use. The kitchen and dining room lead off it. They have an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. Heating comes from an electric biomass system, with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

Outside, an enclosed gravel patio is reached by two stone steps down. It has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The cottage has private off-road parking for three cars and an EV charging point at the property.

Two dogs are allowed, with additional charges possible. The cottage suits a large family or a reunion of friends who want a ground-floor bedroom, somewhere to plug in an electric car and a pub within reach on foot.
