Hunters Lodge Annexe

Hunters Lodge Annexe was built in 2022 and styled as a barn conversion, on a small holding at Chantry, near Frome. It is a single-storey building with underfloor heating throughout and sleeps four. The vaulted open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room has sliding doors to the garden, a Smart TV and a wood burner, with one barrel of logs included. A portable air-conditioning unit is also provided.

There are two bedrooms, a double and a king-size, each with a Smart TV and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, and there is a separate WC. A study with a desk suits anyone working remotely. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a wine cooler, a Quooker tap and a washing machine. A travel cot is available on request.

The enclosed garden has furniture and a charcoal barbecue, and it overlooks the owner's horse ménage and the countryside beyond. Parking is private, for two cars, and the premises are gated overnight. The shop and pub are 1.5 miles away, and the village of Mells is also 1.5 miles off along a bridleway. Frome is 4.5 miles away.

Dogs are not allowed. It suits two couples, or a family of four, wanting a modern, single-storey base without pets.
