Ivy Cottage

Ivy Cottage is in Woolverton, a village near Beckington and within reach of Frome. Its private driveway takes three cars, and the pub is 0.1 miles away. The shop is 1.3 miles off, a lake 0.9 miles and a river 0.3 miles.

The house is reverse level. The three bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor and the living space is upstairs, so every night involves a flight of stairs. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite, the second a small double, and the third a single bed and bunk beds. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

Upstairs, the kitchen has an oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a toaster. The living/dining room has a TV and an electric stove that gives the look of a wood burner, and the heating is gas central heating. WiFi, fuel and power are included, as is bed linen. Towels are not included. A good housekeeping bond is payable.

The garden is lawned. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Bookings run Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

It suits a family of up to six, or friends who do not mind stairs and want the pub on the doorstep.
