Orchard Farm Wedmore - Honey Pin

Honey Pin is a first-floor apartment, reached by external wooden steps that end at a small balcony looking over the courtyard and orchard. It will not suit anyone who cannot manage outdoor steps. The apartment is a converted stone building at Orchard Farm in Middle Stoughton, near Wedmore, and sleeps two.

The layout is studio-style. A king-size bed sits in the bedroom area, which leads into a lounge area with a woodburner (the first basket of logs is included), a Smart TV with a firestick and a DAB radio. A door leads on to the kitchen/diner, where there is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with an ice compartment and a dishwasher.

Behind the kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine leads to the shower room with WC. Bed linen is included. Dogs are not allowed. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00, and shops and pubs are two miles away.

The balcony has outside seating, and there are shared lawns with more seating. Guests may use the mature orchard that runs down to a stream. A barbecue is available, and a pop-up farm shop on the farm sells homemade cider, eggs and ales. Parking is for one car, 50 yards from the apartment along a level path, and electric vehicle charging is available on site.

It suits a couple who can manage outdoor steps and want one open room with a woodburner.
