Coachman's Cottage At Manor Farm
Galleried cottage for 2 with wood-fired hot tub, 1 dog welcome
Coachman's Cottage sleeps two, and its king-size bedroom is a gallery under the eaves up a bespoke spiral staircase, which makes the cottage unsuitable for babies and infants. It stands on Manor Farm in Theale, near Wedmore.
French doors open into a kitchen/diner, and a narrow stone doorway leads from there into a lounge with a ceiling open to the apex, exposed beams and a fireplace holding a woodburner. Logs are included, and the Smart TV sits in the lounge. The shower room is on the ground floor and has a large shower with a rainfall head. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a Vertuo Nespresso machine and a dishwasher.
The enclosed garden has a table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue. A wood-fired hot tub completes the outdoor space, and logs for it are included. The parking area for one car is private and off-road, reached along a nearby footpath rather than directly at the door.
One dog is welcome, with additional charges. Confirm the pet policy when booking. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out before 10:00. The nearest beach is 11 miles away, and pubs and shops are two miles off.
It suits a couple, with or without a dog, who are happy with a spiral staircase to bed.
