Number 46 Lakes View

Lake views come with the veranda at Number 46 Lakes View, formerly Number 8 Lakes View. The lodge sits on one level in the grounds of Brean Country Club, in Brean, and sleeps four. Four steps lead up to the front door, and the decked veranda has furniture and faces the lake. Off-road parking takes three cars.

The king-size bedroom has its own TV and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. The twin room also has a TV, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The living space is one open-plan room: a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area and a sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are three TVs and WiFi, gas central heating, and a highchair and travel cot are available. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, the minimum stay is three nights, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Site facilities about a two-minute walk away include an indoor swimming pool with slides, a gym, soft play, paddle ball and an 18-hole golf course, plus Brean Theme Park. Passes are bought separately, from the owner or the Unity Office on site, and are subject to availability. A shop is 0.7 miles away, a pub 0.3 miles and the beach 0.9 miles. It suits a small family who want a one-level lodge near the resort amenities and the sea.
