Flat 24

Flat 24 is on the first floor in the village of Brean, and it is the location that sets it apart: the shop and the pub are both 0.1 mile away, the beach is 0.3 miles, and a lake is 0.4 miles. A river lies 0.8 miles off. Brean Theme Park and the Animal Farm Adventure Park are among the local days out.

There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, which together sleep four. The one bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The living space is open-plan, with the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area in one room.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, an electric hob and a fridge, so cooking for four is straightforward. There is a TV and WiFi and the flat has central heating. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

One car can use the designated parking place. Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. The flat suits a family of four or two friends sharing, who want to be on foot for the beach, the shop and the pub rather than driving to them.
