Flat 8

Flat 8 is a first-floor apartment in Brean that sleeps four in two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other is a bunk room. The shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC.

Before booking, note the practical limits. There is a two-night minimum stay, and the flat has no outdoor space at all, so guests give up a garden for the location. Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. One car can use the designated parking space, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

The open-plan room combines a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge. Electric central heating, a smart TV and WiFi are included, and so are bed linen, towels, fuel and power.

The shop and the pub are 0.1 mile away, and the beach is 1.5 miles away. Cooking, eating and relaxing all happen in the one open-plan room. The apartment suits a family with children who can use the bunks, or two couples who do not mind a bunk room, and who plan to spend their time out rather than in a garden.
