No 9

No 9 is a three-bedroom terraced town house in the heart of Watchet, with a shop and pub two minutes' walk away. It sleeps 5.

The ground floor has an open-plan sitting room with a dining area, a kitchen and a shower room. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, with a second shower room next door, and a single bedroom. One of the doubles may be available as zip-and-link on request; confirm this when booking.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Gas central heating is on, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a cot and highchair are available on request. Bring your own pillows, as the owner cannot deep clean them.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio, furniture and a barbecue, but the courtyard has steps, so take care with children. Parking is in a public car park. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is at 6pm and check-out at 10am. It suits a family of up to five or a couple with a friend, looking for a base on foot from the shops.
