7 Severn Terrace

7 Severn Terrace is a mid-terrace cottage in Watchet, laid out over two floors for up to four guests. Downstairs there is a kitchen, a separate dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, so meals and evenings each get their own space. The rooftops of the harbour town give the house sea views, and the enclosed raised garden at the back looks the same way.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, a king-size with a feature fireplace and a twin. The bathroom has a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. There is gas central heating, with the stove as an extra. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Off-road parking comes with the cottage, though the space only suits cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. A shop is 0.2 miles away and a pub 0.5 miles. It suits a couple with two children, or two couples travelling with a pet, who want a stove-warmed base close to the harbour.
