7 Malt House Court

7 Malt House Court is an end-terrace house in Watchet, the harbour town on the Somerset coast. The ground floor is a single open-plan room holding the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, with a cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, a king-size double and a 4ft double, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

The open-plan kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. WiFi is included, along with a selection of books, games and DVDs, and the gas central heating runs through the house. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all covered by the rent, though a good housekeeping bond is payable on top.

Outside there is a small enclosed courtyard with furniture for eating or drinking in the open air. Parking is by permit, for one car, at the rear of the house. A shop is 0.1 miles away and a pub 0.01 miles, and the beach is 1.4 miles off. Pets are not allowed, and the house is non-smoking.

It suits a couple, or two couples sharing the king-size and the 4ft double, who want a shop and a pub close at hand and need space for only one car.
