6 Malthouse Court

6 Malthouse Court is a modern cottage in the centre of Watchet, a coastal port in North Somerset. The ground floor is one open-plan space with the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, with leather sofas and laminate flooring, and there is a WC down here too. The two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it complete the layout.

One bedroom has a king-size double. The other holds a single bed with a stacker bed that pulls out beneath it, which brings the sleeping total to 4. The compact kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave and a fridge, and the living room has a TV with Freeview, a DVD player, an iPod dock and WiFi. Gas central heating, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

At the back is a private courtyard garden with seating, planted up and a couple of minutes' walk from the marina. A shop and a pub are two minutes away on foot. Parking is in a public car park, free to use with the permit provided for one car. A travel cot and highchair can be had on request.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, smoking is not allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a family of four, dog included, who are happy to park in a public car park.
