Meadowcroft

Meadowcroft is a house in Five Bells, just outside Watchet, and sleeps five. Two of its three bedrooms are on the ground floor: a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, and a single. The third is another king-size with its own en-suite walk-in shower. A family bathroom adds a bath, a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a sofa bed for one guest can be arranged with the owner beforehand.

The living space includes a sitting room with an electric flame-effect fire, a separate dining room, a kitchen with a utility room, and a conservatory that looks over the surrounding countryside. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A games room in an external building holds table football and darts. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.

The garden is enclosed, with a gravelled area, patio, lawn and furniture. Parking is on a private driveway for three cars, and an EV charging point is at the property; ask the owner before using it. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they are not allowed on the furniture or to be left alone in the property, and owners should bring their own bedding. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

The shop is 0.9 miles away and the pub is a mile. It suits a family or a small group with dogs that wants a ground-floor bedroom, a games room and an enclosed garden.
