Manor Barn At Manor Farm

Manor Barn has four bedrooms for eight guests: three doubles and a twin, each with its own TV and an en-suite wet room with shower and WC. It stands on Manor Farm in Theale, near Wedmore. The bedrooms lead off a hallway to the main living space, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner with a Smart TV and bi-folding doors to the patio.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A utility cupboard holds the washing machine, a clothes airer, an ironing board and iron, and pool towels. Electric and underfloor heating are included.

The indoor swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the barn. It is heated by an air source heat pump and open from May to October. It is reached from the enclosed courtyard, which also provides ample private off-road parking. On the secluded rear side there is a private patio with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.

Up to two dogs are welcome, with additional charges. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00. Pubs and shops are two miles away and the nearest beach is 11 miles.

It suits two or three couples, or a family group of up to eight, who want en-suite rooms and a pool of their own.
