A stable door opens into one room that is both living and sleeping area. It holds a king-size bed and a woodburner, and the first basket of logs is supplied. The compact kitchen has an induction two-ring hob and a fridge with a freezer compartment, and there is a breakfast bar with stools. The en-suite shower room has a rainfall shower and WC. There is no TV and no Wi-Fi, though mobile signal and 4G are available.
The hut stands in a small paddock with an enclosed garden wrapped around it. The garden has seating and a firepit, with an initial supply of logs, and bathrobes and blankets are provided for sitting out by the fire. The wood-fired hot tub is private and also comes with an initial supply of logs. The owners lend out bikes to guests.
Private parking is for two cars. A pub and a shop are a mile away. One dog is welcome, with additional charges. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
It suits a couple, perhaps with a dog, who want to switch off in a hut with a hot tub and no TV or Wi-Fi.
