Lenny's Place

Lenny's Place is a house spread over three floors in Watchet, sleeping six in three bedrooms. The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the two double bedrooms are on the second floor. There are three shower rooms in all: the en-suite, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor, each with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Living space is a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a Smart TV, plus a kitchen-diner. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and an air fryer. Gas central heating and WiFi are included, and so are fuel, power, bed linen and towels. Outside is private rear decking with furniture. Children need to be supervised on the decking at all times.

Up to four well-behaved pets are welcome, Smoking is not permitted. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Parking needs planning. There is no parking at the property: guests use a public car park nearby or find space on the road. The shop is 0.2 miles away, and the pub and the beach are each 0.1 mile. It suits a family or group of friends with dogs who are happy to park in a public car park or on the road and use the stairs between three floors.
