Kibbear Threshing Barn

A private hot tub sits on the decked balcony of Kibbear Threshing Barn, reached through French doors from the main lounge and set among garden furniture and benches. The barn is one of a group of four farm properties at Trull, near Taunton, and sleeps eight.

Downstairs are the main lounge with a Smart TV, a kitchen/diner, a twin bedroom with an en-suite wet room and a separate WC, with underfloor heating on that floor. Upstairs are a second lounge with a TV/DVD, three bedrooms (a king-size, a twin, and a king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC) and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. A heated indoor swimming pool and a children's play area with a swing, slide and climbing frame are shared with the other properties, as is the utility room that holds the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The M5 is close, and the village pub, shop and Post Office are within walking distance, with the beach 20 miles away. Private off-road parking is ample, and electric vehicle charging on site costs extra. CCTV watches the entrance courtyard, driveway and parking area day and night. Dogs are limited to one, with additional charges possibly applying. Arrival is from 16:30 and departure before 10:00.

It suits two families or a group of friends, up to eight, who want a hot tub of their own and a pool nearby.
