Higher Polden Lodge

Higher Polden Lodge is a detached, single-storey lodge in Sutton Mallet, near Othery, standing in open countryside. A hall leads to every room. It sleeps six in three bedrooms, including a king-size with an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a twin. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV, as does the lounge. A separate shower room serves the rest of the lodge.

The living space is an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with high ceilings, French doors and countryside views. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A utility area in the hall holds the washing machine. A travel cot and a highchair are available.

The large enclosed garden has a patio, outdoor furniture, a charcoal BBQ with charcoal supplied, and a private hot tub. There are animals in the surrounding paddocks. Off-road parking takes three cars. The shop and a pub are within 2 miles, and Moorlinch village pub is 1.8 miles away. The beach is 12.5 miles away and Clarks Village is 8 miles away.

Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 2.30pm and departure is before 10am. The lodge suits a family or a group of six that wants a hot tub and a garden, with every room on one level and a TV in every bedroom.
