Greenham Rise

Greenham Rise is a first-floor apartment in Norton-sub-Hamdon, a village in Somerset not far from South Petherton. The shop is 0.1 miles away and the pub 0.3 miles, so both are close by. Ham Hill Country Park and Montacute House are named as nearby places to visit.

The living space is open-plan, with a kitchen, a four-seat dining table and a corner sofa in the sitting area, plus a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a hairdryer is supplied. There are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, and a single bathroom with a shower over the bath. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all in the rent, and WiFi is provided. A travel cot and a highchair are available.

The enclosed courtyard garden is at the back of the building. Parking is unrestricted, free roadside parking. No pets or smoking are allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Booking rules are firm. The minimum stay is three nights, and short breaks are not accepted between April and October.

It suits a family of four or two couples who want a village base with a shop on the doorstep.
