Fig Trees - Wibble Farm

Fig Trees is an apartment on the first floor of a period farmhouse at Wibble Farm, two miles from Williton. The farm is next door to a garden nursery, and the lawned garden has a patio with furniture and views over the borders to the Quantock Hills.

The apartment is reached by an external staircase of 14 steps, which makes it unsuitable for anyone who cannot manage steps. Everything is on the one floor: a sitting room with an electric fire, a separate kitchen with a dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.

The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. There is a TV with FreeSat, a DVD player, a radio, WiFi, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Oil central heating is supplemented by the electric fire. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking is off the road for one car.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Check-in is at 4.30pm, and holidays can start only on a Friday or a Monday, so ask first if you need a different start day. The shop and pub are two miles away.

The apartment suits a couple who want a quiet garden setting and are comfortable with an outside stair.
