Bramleys

Bramleys is a single-storey timber-clad cabin among fruit trees on a working farm on the edge of Williton. It is a studio: one room holds a king-size bed, a wooden kitchen area, a dining area and a sofa facing the woodburning stove. A Smart TV and WiFi are provided, and the floor is wood.

The kitchen area has a 2-ring electric hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice-box. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and electric underfloor heating runs through the cabin. Fuel and power are in the rent, along with a starter pack for the stove, bed linen and towels. A first box of logs, firelighters, matches and kindling is supplied, and refills can be bought.

Outside is a lawn with furniture, a picnic bench and a log-fired pizza oven. The owners sell a log box for the oven. Portable barbecues are not allowed, for fire safety. Guests can walk through the grounds, past the stables, and meet the horses and ponies. Riding lessons can be booked before arrival, subject to availability.

There are steps up to the entrance. Off-road parking is for one car. The shop is 0.8 miles away and the pub 0.4 miles. No pets and no smoking are allowed, no arrivals or departures fall on Saturdays, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple who want a cabin with a stove to sit by and walks from the farm.
