East Wing

East Wing is a semi-detached cottage attached to the owner's home in the market town of Crewkerne, with a shop and a pub five minutes away on foot. It sleeps four in two bedrooms upstairs, both super king-size doubles with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as twins on request.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite. One has a bath, a hand-held shower and a walk-in shower, and the other has a shower. Downstairs is one open-plan living area, with a large kitchen, a dining table with extra benches and a sitting area with a sofa bed and a woodburner. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a TV with Freeview, a DVD player, a CD/radio and WiFi, with books, games and DVDs on hand. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburner, bed linen and towels are included.

A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Outside is an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. Walkers and cyclists can use the South Somerset Cycle Route, and the Dorset coast at West Bay and Lyme Regis is a short drive away.

It suits two couples who each want an en-suite, or a small family with young children needing a cot.
