Court Lodge stands on the edge of Bathealton, a small village in a conservation area, in a garden of half an acre. The village is near Wiveliscombe, and the town of Wellington is within reach. Broadband comes via Starlink, and heating is oil central with underfloor heating.

The garden has a patio, furniture, a lawn and a hot tub. It is enclosed but not dog proof. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome; smoking is not allowed inside. Four small, gradual steps lead to the entrance. Private parking is available, with a 13 amp EV charging point outside the garage that is charged by usage, and cycles can be stored securely on request. A travel cot and highchair are available. A good housekeeping bond is payable. The shop is 3.2 miles away and the pub 2.1 miles.

It suits a couple or two couples with dogs who want en-suite bedrooms and a hot tub in a garden of their own.
