Bramley Cottage

Bramley Cottage is a detached house at Henley, on the outskirts of Langport, next to the owner's working farm. A private drive takes three cars, and a gate leads through a lawned front garden to the door. The shop is 3.9 miles away and the pub 4 miles.

Downstairs are a kitchen with an electric double oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, a living/dining room with Sky TV and WiFi, and a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, two with super-king-size beds and one twin, all of which are zip-and-link and can be changed with two weeks' notice. A bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio, a hot tub, seating and a barbecue. Oil central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are covered by the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available.

One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not allowed because of the farm next door. Bookings start on a Saturday, and other arrival days must be requested first. A Good Housekeeping bond is payable, and the owner will unpack a confirmed grocery delivery before arrival.

It suits a family or three couples, with one dog, who want a hot tub and room for six.
