Riverside cottage for 6 in Dulverton, one dog welcome

Barleside is a white-washed stone cottage in the middle of Dulverton, facing the River Barle and the town's three-arched bridge. There are views from the veranda and the riverside garden, and the pubs, shops and restaurants are on the doorstep, and The Bridge Inn is very close.

The open-plan living space is on the first floor, and it has a woodburning stove. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and there is a utility/boot room and a washing machine. A Smart TV and WiFi are included. Underfloor oil-fired heating and the stove keep the house warm, and fuel, power, a stove starter, bed linen and towels are included.

The king-size bedroom is on the first floor, next to a family bathroom. A double and a twin bedroom are on the ground floor, served by a shower room. A highchair is available.

The main entrance is on the roadside, with 2 small steps and one more inside, and the entrance seen from the garden is not the main one. Parking is on the street or in a public car park nearby. One well-behaved dog is allowed. Smoking is not allowed, and two-night breaks are not taken.

It suits a family or friends of up to six who want a river outlook and two bedrooms downstairs, and who can manage the steps.
