Badgers Brook

Badgers Brook is a bungalow on the edge of Dulverton, with the shop and pub 0.5 miles away and the nearest beach 18.5 miles off. All of the accommodation is on one level, and the drive has private parking for at least four cars.

The dual-aspect lounge has comfortable sofas and an electric fire with a log effect, and an archway leads to the dining room, where patio doors open to the garden. A hatch links the dining room to the kitchen, which has an electric hob, a double oven, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. A back door from the kitchen opens into the conservatory, and the utility room has a washing machine and a chest freezer.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate WC is also provided.

The extensive gardens are mostly lawn, with established trees and shrubs, hedge and fence boundaries, and a paved patio with a table and chairs. The garden is not enclosed, and an unfenced stream runs along one side, so take care around the water. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The bungalow suits a small family or two friends or couples travelling together, and anyone who wants a large lawn.
