3 Lowerbourne Terrace

3 Lowerbourne Terrace is a terraced cottage over three floors in the middle of Porlock, inside Exmoor National Park. The village shop and pub are within 0.1 miles, and the pebble beach of Porlock Bay is a flat half-mile walk.

The cottage sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. On the first floor are a king-size and a super king-size, which can be set up as a twin on request, and these two share the wardrobe in the super king room. The third bedroom, a king-size, is up on the second floor, under a sloping door frame, and the sea can be seen in the distance from it. There is one shower room with a walk-in shower, and a first-floor cloakroom with a basin and WC.

Downstairs are a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen and a conservatory that opens onto the enclosed rear patio, which has furniture. The kitchen has a dishwasher and slow cooker, the house has a washing machine, and WiFi is provided. Oil-fired central heating, fuel, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a travel cot and highchair can be requested.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, but not in the sitting room or upstairs, and the owners will leave a crate if asked. Parking for one car is directly outside; the terrace has no turning space, so reverse in from the High Street rather than out. More spaces are in the village car park. Smoking is not allowed, and expect steps inside the house. It suits up to three couples, or a family, travelling with a dog.
