The Studio

The Studio is a ground-floor apartment in Weston-super-Mare, set up for two guests. It has one king-size bedroom, a living and dining room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a basin and a WC. The beach is 0.1 miles away, the nearest shop 0.2 miles and a pub 0.3 miles, so most evenings can be spent on foot.

Cooking is limited. The kitchenette has a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a toaster, but no oven, and guests are asked not to bring or use their own cooking appliances at the property, for insurance and health and safety reasons. A washing machine is provided, along with a Smart TV and WiFi. Electric heating is used, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Parking is roadside only. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The town around it has independent shops, eateries, pubs and convenience stores, and Brean Down Fort and a golf course are in the local area. It suits a couple on a short seaside stay who plan to eat out or make do with a microwave, and who are happy to leave the car on the street.
