Minime

Minime is a single-storey cottage in the heart of Weston-super-Mare, for two guests. The open-plan living space has a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, a breakfast bar, a dining area and a sitting area with a TV. A skylight lights the kitchen. The one bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. An extra room is used for storage.

Outside is a front garden with a patio, a lawn and furniture. The garden is shared with the owner's Goldendoodle, which may be out in it from time to time, and CCTV covers the driveways. Parking is private and off-road. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed.

Stays are a minimum of seven nights and check-in is on Mondays and Fridays only. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. A shop is 0.1 miles away, a pub 0.4 miles and the beach 2 miles.

It suits a couple, or one traveller with a dog, who want a week in town with a car on the driveway rather than a seafront flat. Bear in mind that the owner's own dog may be in the garden too.
