Florence Beach House

Florence Beach House is a duplex apartment over the ground and lower-ground floors, in Weston-super-Mare. It has a single king-size bedroom with a TV and an en-suite shower room, and welcomes 4 guests in all, with a sofa bed in the living and dining room and a futon in the games room.

The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The lower-ground floor holds the games room, with its football table, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. There is also a cloakroom. Two TVs and WiFi are provided, gas central heating runs through the flat, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Parking is in a nearby car park, with additional roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. A shop and a pub are both 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.2 miles. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Local days out include the Grand Pier, the Helicopter Museum, watersports at Marine Lake and walks in Weston Woods.

It suits a family with children who will use the sofa bed and futon, or two couples where one pair is happy to sleep in the living room.
