The Little House is a single-storey conversion in Lower Westholme, a village east of Glastonbury and close to Sticklinch. A stable door opens into a hall. Off it are the king-size bedroom, with high ceilings and French doors to the garden, and a shower room with a rainfall shower and WC.
The lounge, kitchen and dining area share one room with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice compartment and a dishwasher. A travel cot and a highchair are available.
The garden is gated and fully enclosed, with a dining table, chairs and a charcoal BBQ. A step down leads to the parking area, which holds two cars off the road. An EV charger is tethered, so no cable is needed; it is a Type 2, 7.2kW unit, and you pay the owner direct for it.
Wells is five miles away and Glastonbury 6.5, and the Glastonbury Festival site is about a mile off. A pub and convenience shop are 1.5 miles from the door. One dog is allowed, and extra charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. It suits a couple, with or without a dog, who want everything on one level and an enclosed garden.
