The Cider Shed

The Cider Shed is a first-floor apartment with a Winscombe address, near Shipham, reached from a private driveway by outside steps and then a flight of stairs. It sleeps four, in a double room and a twin.

At the top of the stairs a hallway opens into one open-plan space with the kitchen, a dining table and a sitting room, and the balcony leads off it. The kitchen has an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is a TV and WiFi, oil central heating, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included. A travel cot and a highchair can be requested.

The single bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. Both bedrooms have good storage and look out over open greenery. The driveway has private parking for two cars.

The pub that was below the apartment is no longer open and is now a residential property. The nearest pub is 0.3 miles away and the shop 0.9 miles. No pets and no smoking are allowed. The stairs and entrance steps make it a poor fit for anyone who finds climbing hard.

It suits a couple, or two couples or a small family, who want a first-floor apartment with a balcony and their own parking.
