Sutherland Barn

Sutherland Barn is a listed property in Hutton, a small village on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare, and the shop and pub are both 0.2 miles away. Four archways form a feature of the building.

The garden is fully enclosed and reached through a lockable gate. It has a patio, a lawn and seating, and the hot tub sits close to the kitchen French doors, partly covered and set against a high stone wall. An annex has a changing area and a shower for hot tub users.

Inside are a kitchen/diner with a Rangemaster cooker with a gas hob, a microwave, a large American-style fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, plus a lounge, a dining room and a cloakroom. Gas underfloor heating runs throughout, and air conditioning serves the master bedroom, lounge and dining areas. There is a TV and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The three bedrooms are on the first floor: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a second king-size and a smaller double. A family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Private parking is available for two cars.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Stag, hen and similar parties are not accepted. It suits a family or two couples who want a hot tub and a garden that is secure for children and dogs.
