Sunset View - The Langbury

Sunset View, also known as The Langbury, keeps its living space upstairs and its bedrooms at the bottom. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a Smart TV, far-reaching sea views and a large glass door onto a Juliet balcony. The house is in Blue Anchor, with Carhampton nearby, and the beach, the shops and a restaurant are all within a mile.

The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The family bathroom, with a shower over the bath and a WC, is on the same upper floor. Downstairs, off the entrance hall, are the two bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be made into a twin on request. Each bedroom has a Smart TV.

Outside is an enclosed cottage garden with a table and chairs. Parking is one allocated off-road space, and a second car can be arranged on request. Apart from the hall and the two bedrooms, everything is up a flight of stairs, including the kitchen and the only bathroom without an en-suite.

Babies and children are not accepted, and dogs are not allowed. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure is before 10:00. It suits a couple, or two couples travelling together, who want the sea view and are happy with the stairs between the bedrooms and the lounge.
