Applejack Cottage

Applejack Cottage is in Withycombe, a village within Exmoor National Park, near Blue Anchor and Carhampton. Blue Anchor's beach is 2.5 miles away, and the pub and shop are 1.5 miles from the cottage.

Downstairs, the kitchen/diner has an induction hob, an electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a wine cooler and a washing machine, with a large dining table and French doors to the garden. A hall leads to the lounge, which has a Smart TV, and to a downstairs WC. The three bedrooms are upstairs: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a single. The twin is made up as two singles unless a super-king zip-and-link is requested, so guests should confirm before arrival. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The enclosed courtyard garden has outdoor furniture. Three parking spaces are allocated at the rear of the property, and a neighbouring free village car park is available for extra cars, subject to availability. A public children's play area stands behind the cottage, within the parking area. A travel cot and a highchair are available on request.

One dog is allowed, with additional charges. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00. It suits a family of up to five with one dog, or a couple who want a spare room, and who plan to walk or cycle on Exmoor.
