Seacider

Seacider is a house in the coastal town of Burnham-on-Sea. Two cars fit in the off-road parking, and the hallway opens onto a ground-floor bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. Beyond is a sitting room with chesterfield sofas and a wall-mounted TV, and an archway leads to a dining room with a table for six.

French doors from the dining room open to the garden, which has a tiled area, a gazebo, outdoor furniture and a hot tub. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a wine cooler. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a third room with bunk beds, each with its own TV, and a shower room with a walk-in shower. In all there are four TVs, WiFi, gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

A pub is 0.2 miles away, a shop 0.5 miles and the beach 0.7 miles, and the town's pubs, restaurants and promenade are close at hand. The Mendip Hills and Cheddar Gorge are within easy reach for walkers and cyclists. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A good housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a family or three couples who want a garden hot tub and two parking spaces within reach of the beach.
