Breaking Waves

Breaking Waves is a cottage in the seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea, with sea views from the king-size bedroom. The living/diner has an electric fire, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has the sea views, and the second bedroom is a double. A study holds a single chair bed with its own mattress and linen, which brings the sleeping total to five. The only bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate cloakroom has a basin and WC. Gas central heating is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. TV and WiFi are provided.

Outside there is a rear garden with a patio and furniture. Guests walk through an alleyway that leads directly to the front door, where the owner welcomes them. Two small, well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, and the Burnham and Berrow championship golf course is within walking distance.

It suits a couple or small family who want a seaside town stay, with one room that works as a single bed for a child or a fifth guest.
